Inspire HR not recording sleep correctly

Could you help advice best thing to do to sort out the readings. I feel it has always been pretty accurate up until last 2 nights where is stops reading during the night, for example 10.30 - 4am even though my alarm wakes me at 7am. Any advise!

Also is there a way to set a heart rate buzzer if I reach a required max hr during exercise. If this watch doesn't do this is there one in the range that does?

Thanks

@Hartside Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your sleep recording on your Inspire HR. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.

I've also tried to edit my sleep time and the app says it can't save it.
