Inspire HR not recording sleep score

Sleep score quit working. It used to but it doesn’t no more.

Let me help you with your missing Sleep Score. For this your tracker needs to detect Sleep Stages and you may not get these for the following reasons:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

It happened to my wife's Inspire HR and we fixed it with just a re-set, no problem.

A simple reset dud not work for me. The band fits snugly but not too tight. I’ve logged out and logged back in. Still doesn’t work.

Logging out and back in is probably not a reset. You have to connect the magnetic charging cabled press the button for a few seconds until a smiley face comes up. and that fixed my wife's Inspire HR. Good luck..

I have the same issue and had little to no help to fix it no matter how many times i post on these
