New to Fitbit and am puzzled as to why my Fitbit only records part of my sleep cycle. I sleep from around midnight to say 4.00am and need to go to the loo. Return to sleep about 4.30am and wake at 7.30am. The Fitbit only shows the later sleep session. Any ideas?

@BorderDave Welcome to the Community. Thanks you for getting in touch about this.
Your Fitbit will start tracking your sleep when your body is completely at rest and you haven't moved for about an hour. I would like you to make sure that you're wearing your Inspire HR higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight. Also, check your tracker's battery level, if it's too low it won't track your sleep.
Keep me posted.
