Everything else is working but heart rate stopped registering 30 days ago and can’t get it to restart. I’ve cleaned the back and the green LED are still flashing. How can I sort this please?

Hi @Ijack That is pretty weird! First check that Heart Rate is turned ON in the settings app on the Inspire HR. If it is, turn it off and then restart your Inspire HR several times and go back to the settings app and turn it on again. If it is still not working you had better contact Support

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this heart rate issue. If you continue to experience this problem, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
