I have an Inspire HR, got it about 2 weeks ago to replace a Fossil smartwatch that I shattered. It's a little overzealous with step count, which isnt major, but it will not register sleep at all. I have sleep issues (insomnia and RLS) so I was really excited to be able to accurately track my sleep, since the Ambien I take can leave me in a kind of twilight state for extended periods of time before I actually sleep, making it impossible for me to track manually. I've gone thru all the suggested steps to correct the issue, though I'm not sure how I'm supposed to manually sync while I'm sleeping, but it's still not doing it. I turned the sensitivity down as far as I can, just in case it's not registering due to sporadic leg movement. I dont know what else to do to fix this, and I need accurate data. If I could track my sleep manually, I wouldn't need a fitbit or an app to track it, I'd just write it down, so that solution is asinine.

@Super_MOM I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not recording your sleep. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time or use the Fitbit app to mark when you go to sleep and when you wake up. You can read more about sleep detection here. Also were did you read that you need to manually sync while sleeping? Could you direct me to the help article? If this is written like this then it has to be corrected.
Let me know how it goes.
