Inspire HR not scrolling

After my last charge, my Inspire HR will no longer scroll.  Please help

Hi @Niksmom it's great to see you on Fitbit Forums. I'll be glad to give you a hand with this.

 

In this case, I'd recommend to restart your device. Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data.

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

 

Your tracker should now work normally. If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, please let me know so I can check with our support team.

Hi Yojana Fitbit! I am having a problem with my Inspire HR not scrolling as well.  I have restarted it several times and its still not responding to swipe.  Any thing else I can try?

Mine stopped scrolling as well. I've tried, but it won't restart.
