Inspire HR not showing charging and battery percentage

My Inspire HR suddenly stopped showing any charging indicator while connected to the charger,

Now it does not even show the battery percentage.

Hi @ShivamTiwari, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery charging indicator issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the the pictures you provided.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
