Inspire HR not showing duration of activity

My Fitbit inspire HR is not showing the duration of activity neither on the Fitbit itself nor on my iPhone app. It’s stuck at 6 mins whereas I have wakes for over 45 mins. 
I logged out and logged back in.  No change 
many suggestions ?
