I have a new Inspire HR device. When I log an excercise in my IOS app, it does not record my heart rate for the exercise - when I click "Heart Zones" on the exercise it says "Not enough data available". The device is logging my heart rate during exercise - I can see this in heart rate section of the app. How can I see my heart rate for an exercise?

@TomEc Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your missing heart rate data on your activities. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure that the app is up to date on your phone.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks @AlvaroFitbit! I tried those steps - logging out, restarting my phone and logging back in - and they didn't help. My app is up to date.

I tried the same and it hadn't solved a similar issue. Could we have some more help with it?

Same here, may have to give up on Fitbit after all these years and get a Garmin watch.

Is it too much to get a reply from a moderator after 6 weeks???

My inspire her is not showing heart rate either. I had a charge he for 5 years and it stopped holding a charge so Rd decided on the inspire. I had to return the first one- it stopped working after one day and really slowed Down my iPhone. I exchanged that one for this - no heart rate. Back to the store again? 3rd time may be the charm.
