My mother got an Inspire HR several months ago, and seemed to be working fine, then she went out of the country and now her HR is not showing her heart rate. The green light is working and I have made sure it is tight enough around her wrist and at the right position of the wrist.
I have reset her HR and turned the Bluetooth off and back on, turned the heart rate monitoring off and back on and nothing is working, not showing up on her phone as well..
what can I do to get this to working again?
