I just purchase an Inspire HR and cannot get it to link to my dashboard. While I have it hooked up on the app, it won't show on my Mac when I log into the account. Never had this issue with my Charge 3 nor my Versa, yet here we have it with my Inspire HR. It's frustrating and am considering taking it back and getting a Garmin Vivovfit instead. Never had issues with those linking

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not showing on the website. As you mentioned you should be able to see your data on both platforms. It could be that you used a different email address when you setup your tracker on your phone so please check that both are the same.
