My Fitbit HR isn’t showing levels of sleep. It did for the past 8 months then quit. I’ve reinstalled it, rebooted it, rebooted my iPhone, wearing it in the same place in my wrist all the time. It shows length of sleep, about 5-8 hours a night, but doesn’t show levels of sleep. I returned my device for the same reason. What is causing this and how can I fix it.

That's the text book answer we already see when it doesnt work on the website but it has not helped. I have had the same issue since I bought an Inspire HR a few weeks ago. I had a charge 3, it broke, I went to the store to buy a charge 4 and Dicks said they hadnt gotten any in yet so I bought the inspire HR instead. It has logged my sleep score only 3x in the past 3 weeks. I am hearing other people are having issues with inspire HR logging their sleep as well.

Mine stopped recording sleep stages too. Also Hr won’t record and is black. Followed instructions to restart and reboot but so far nothing helps. I really wanted it for the sleep recording also it is only 6 months old. Not a good value
