Hi my fitbot devoce is not showing any details reg sleel but it waa recorded in the app. How do i fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. Based on the information that was shared in your post, we can confirm that your device is in fact tracking your sleep information as it should, however, what happens when you try to check such information directly on the Inspire HR? It doesn't show anything or the information is not accurately? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then?

I am also having this problem - it was fine but after charging my Fitbit inspire for the second time the LCD screen has been temperamental and difficult to scroll turning Itself off And not showing each screen. Then yesterday it stopped showing the sleep screen - then it came back on again but doesn’t show the sleep information on the watch but is recorded on the app. Hope you can help.

Since mailing you I recharged the Fitbit and it is now showing the sleep information on my inspire HR watch. It happened after the last charge but this seemed to have fixed the problem. If I get the problem again I will message.
