My Inspire HR (with premium) is no longer showing the graph of sleeping heart rate. However, it will still tell me I was above or below resting heart rate during sleep, and still shows my average sleeping heart rate, but when I click on the graph there is no data - just a blank graph. Any ideas?

Hi Amanda, I was going to ask the same thing as it hasn’t shown it for nearly a week on my one. Fingers crossed someone can help by saying why & to help get it back.

I called support. Fitbit support said this is an issue being worked on. Support logged my report for their records. You all may want to report it also to officially get on record. Gave no timeframe of correction but now they have my report and email to inform me of the fix. And it doesn’t impact every user as I can attest as my wife’s same model Inspire HR shows the sleeping rate graph with no issues.

I have this problem but do not have premium. I don’t find an app for heart rate monitor at all.

That is weird if there are two devices in the same household running the same programme but only the ONE shows the sleeping hear rate graph. I really am missing mine as its a result that i write down every day.Must keep on at the techies to get it fixed.

The same has happened with my Inspire HR. It was showing the graph up until a week or so ago. Now I get the above/below resting heart rate percentages, but nothing in the graph. I'd like to get that working again.

Mine stopped showing the heart rate on 8/13. I have tried to reset to no avail.

My fit bit had a big update along with my iPhone 8. Restoration graph did not show for one day then the next day it was back just like it had always been. I was overjoyed with the result.
HOWEVER this only lasted one night. The following day the graph was blank again. I had done nothing unusual just been to sleep!! Really disappointed YET again.

I think their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Is it because of GOOGLE??? I’ll never buy another one - the reason I got the Inspire HR was for this feature. It can’t be that big of fix!!

I'm even thinking of cancelling my premium membership. Perhaps then, they may do something if enough of us do it together. Sue

I never did purchase premium, but originally I had the heart rate feature.
Now it’s nowhere to be found.

I just went into the App Store, manually applied the update and now the graph is showing. Let’s hope it sticks!
