Inspire HR - not showing step measurements

I'm on Android and am having the same problems. I can't even get the app to sync with the watch.

Edited to add:

I just found out that this is an iOS app problem.

My step measurements don’t show. Fitbit syncs ok. 
I have deleted and reloaded the app (iPhone) but still doesn’t work.

I’m having the same problem on my iPhone app. No measurements for calories, steps, distance…. Very frustrating!
