Hello all,
I have not used my inspire hr for a couple months. Pulled it out of my drawer today and it refuses to start after charging for over 3 hours. I have tried restarting by pressing and holding the button. Anyone have any ideas? How do I do a warranty claim in Canada?

Hi @Nahiyan Lithium Ion batteries dont respond well to being left to run flat, however if it is still covered by warranty then Fitbit should be able to help. Here is the link to contact Support
