Inspire HR not swiping

My fitbit is syncing, but the watch face won't scroll. Stuck on the time. Won't even let me check battery or turn off. Help.

Hey @JackieF.  welcome to the Fitbit Family.

 

Thanks for reporting the issues that you're having with your Fitbit Inspire HR. It's odd that your Fitbit is syncing but the screen is not working.  I'd suggest to restart your Inspire HR and try to change the clock face to different one.
