Inspire HR not swiping

My Inspire HR isn't letting me swipe up or down, it was working fine yesterday but today it hasn't. I have tried resetting it but it hasn't worked on the charger it is fully charged but it doesn't show that is charging.

Thanks for troubleshooting this swiping issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure you followed those steps in order to restart the device.

this too is happening to my inspire and its been like it the past week

Mine has the same problem which started yesterday. After multiple attempts, and longer than usual time holding the button, it finally restarted and appears to work properly now.
