Inspire HR is charging but I can't swipe to see any other options or even re-set it. Wondering if I need to delete the Fitbit and re-install on the app?

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've tried restarting your device following these steps. In addition, you can also try setting up your Inspire HR as a new device in your account.
