Inspire HR not syncing all my steps

This was not the 1st time!

The gadget recorded a certain steps then after synching with Fitbit App in my iPhone, the steps was synched lesser than 10k.

Fitbit needs to recall all units ASAP if this is a flaw.

It does not live by it’s title ‘Inspire’, with this happenning, it’s frustrating...

Sorry to hear about what happened to your steps. Can you please share with me more details about what happened that day? How many steps did you tracked before syncing? Did you manually log any other activity for that day? 

 

In this case, I'd suggest to restart your Fitbit Inspire HR and give it a try again. If you keep having this or any other issue let me know. For your missing steps, you can manually log it on the Fitbit app.

RESTARTED my FITBIT Inspire.. still happened AGAIN...

1st - it was 22k steps
2nd - was reduced to 15k when RUN was manually recorded..
3rd - updated YOGA manually as well
Just follow the attached...
