Inspire HR not syncing and is 6 hours ahead. I've tried all online recommendations...resetting, changing time zone, but it won't sync to take effect. Have tried with 4 different devices. Sometimes blue tooth will find tracker and sometimes it doesn't. Yesterday I couldn't even reach Fitbit's website so wondering if there is a problem on their end. Tracker is still tracking but because it is 6 hours ahead it starts a new day at 6pm. Inspire is less than a year old. I don't want to buy a new one if the problem isn't with the tracker.

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

I did all the things you suggested and nothing is working.  I removed the device from the app, hoping to set it up as a new device, but now it doesn't find my tracker AT ALL in order to add it. I've tried blue tooth scanning for the devices and nothing.  I've tried everything from my laptop plus 3 mobile devices and it is not finding my Inspire HR tracker at all.  I've had this Inspire HR for less than a year. I thought for sure the problem was on Fitbit's end because there was a day when I couldn't even access the app or your website.  Once those became accessible, I had hoped my tracker would start working again, too, but no such luck. It's crazy because it is still tracking my steps, but not communicating with the app nor my employer's wellness portal.  And because the time is 6 hours into the future, I'm not getting accurate step counts to manually enter into my portal. I guess it's time to shop for a different brand/product. This is such a hassle. I'm so disappointed.

I am having the same issue. Last sync was Wednesday at 9:44pm. Removing it from the bluetooth and now it isn't being found at all.

my inspire HR won’t sync half the time either it’s very annoying I’m very disappointed I like the style of the watch but it’s a pain in the **ahem** when you can’t even keep track of your steps. I have also tried all the recommendations to help it sync. I’ve wasted three hours just this morning - irritating. Still won’t sync.

I was finally able to pair it today and add it to the app again.  Of course, it was while I was on the chat with support so they probably thought I was crazy.  Isn't that how it always works?  When your car makes a sound and you take it in for service, it no longer makes that sound!  Hope yours is up and running again, too.

Yes, Bascott211, I was obsessed with trying everything since Wednesday.  Finally, today it worked.  Thank goodness because I was ready to file a warranty claim.

I had to remove the device and set it up again but even that took 2 attempts. But it is working now. Thanks for the support!
