Hi there,

I have a similar issue. The device has been working beautifully up until today, when it displayed an hour six hours delayed, and only tracked a portion of my steps. In addition, it didn’t sinc with the phone the day before and the data for my meeting yesterday’s stop goals was lost.

Any chance I can recover the data?

Hi @Jajabo. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for sharing that your Inspire HR isn't syncing correctly. I understand how important it's to keep your data updated and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Because your post didn't mention, may I know if you've tried the suggestions from this help article? Also, may I know the model and OS version of your phone?

In the meantime, let me recommend to try the following:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings and remove the Inspire HR from the list.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth from any other device nearby.
  3. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your tracker.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Choose your Inspire HR, tap on replace device and follow the onscreen instructions.
