Hi!
I didn’t wear my Fitbit for two weeks (I couldn’t find it!) and since I’ve started wearing it I’ve been having trouble. It usually only syncs 50% of the time but captures sleep 0% of the time and I have no idea what to do 🤷🏼:male_sign:

@Barryboland Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing nor recording your sleep. You can try the following:
Regarding sleep, your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. The opposite might be true also as inactivity from watching TV or a movie may lead to sleep detection. You can try wearing your device on your dominant hand to increase the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Let me know how it goes.
