According to this the latest firmware is 1.84.5, but when I try and check for updates on my recently picked up Inspire HR, it says that 1.63.5 is the latest update. It refuses to connect to my phone as well so I am wondering if this issue is connected? I have a Galaxy s7 updated to the required OS (7.0) source I would love to be able to sync to my phone though because it is a pain to sync with my computer at the end of every day when I should be able to sync to the app. Any feedback or suggestions are worth trying. Thanks

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing or showing any firmware update. These two issues could be related. If the tracker isn't syncing then the system won't be able to compare the firmware and show there is an update for it. You can try the following:
