Inspire HR not syncing nor tracking HR and sleep

My one year old Fitbit Inspire HR has stopped tracking heart rate and sleep and not won’t even connect to the app. I feel like it should have lasted much longer for the price I paid. Suggestions? I have checked all settings, updated the app, charged and reset it. All to no avail.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Inspire HR? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Once we fix the syncing issue, we can move on to troubleshoot the heart rate and sleep tracking concerns.

The phone is an iPhone XR and it has been working flawlessly since December when I purchased the phone. I have checked for all updates and checked all settings and nothing has changed. The sensors don’t appear to be working anymore, and the Bluetooth won’t connect.
