I went from a charge 2 to the inspire HR. Won’t sync properly, heart rate has only increased and isn’t accurate at all. Update made it all worse. I workout 6 days a week. Resting heart rate was 64 with Charger 2 and with the inspire it says resting heart rate is 75. Now I have change nothing. Exact same amount of days I normally exercise. Seriously thinking about just getting a step tracker. Seeing a 10-11 beat per minute change makes me think something is wrong.

@Laurarow33, welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing nor recording your heart rate properly.
For the heart rate I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Regarding the syncing issues please try these suggestions.
Let me know how it goes.
