Inspire HR not syncing resting heart reat with app

My Inspire HR is syncing all the data with the app but for some reason it doesn't sync my heart rate. It has no reading of resting heart rate on app (although I can see it being read on the device) and in today's measurements it says "no measurement". If I log and exercise it does read the HR so not sure what is happening. Tried to reset the device, reset it to factory, reinstall the app you name it. Can someone please help? 24/7 HR readings was the only reason I wanted this device.

Let me help you with your missing resting heart rate data on your account and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app (the missing resting heart rate and the no measurement part)? Do you wear your tracker to sleep? Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date. You can read more about resting heart rate here.
