Inspire HR not syncing, shows incorrect time, display not working properly

I have never gotten the first summary she shows on video. It’s having trouble syncing with my iPhone XR. The time is wrong, I’m unable to change that or click face??? The menu does not work quite as easily for me. Possibly operator error??

@Jeaster70 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing nor working as it should. If your tracker isn't syncing the time won't be updated and you won't be able to change its clock face so we will need to address this issue. I suggest you try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

The restart should help with the screen issues too.
