I'm a bit frustrated as I've only had my Inspire HR for a week. It feels too soon to be having issues.
The app shows sleep and water, but the tracker does not. The sleep is grayed out on the tracker. This makes no sense because the app gets the sleep data from wearing the tracker - so why does it not show on the tracker but shows on the app?
I've clicked sync dozens of times. I've restarted the tracker 3 times. I've made my Bluetooth unpair/pair with the tracker. All these forum suggestions but nothing works. The only thing I haven't done is delete and reconnect the device with the app. Honestly, at only one week, I shouldn't be at that point already. Deleting and reconnecting is not a good solution: it's a bandaid to a big issue with the tracker.
I'm disappointed to have bought Inspire HR. I had an Alta for years and never had problems with it syncing and working.
Any ideas why the sleep and water don't show on the tracker but show on the app? Now the battery percentage isn't matching between the app and tracker too! I'm the only one in my household with an Inspire HR, too.

Hi @Lokalu page 16 of the user manual - click to go there - doesn't have sleep or water on the device.

Yes, I followed the manual before posting to the forum... but after a few days, it started working again.

It was 3 days. I gave up on trying lol but noticed it finally showing on the tracker yesterday. I have no idea what happened.
