I have been having problems syncing for awhile but I’ve always followed the usual protocol. I’ve cleared my cache, turned off WiFi then put on, did the same to Bluetooth, even deleted the app and reinstalled. I didn’t think I’d have to do the first three every time now to sync my Fitbit. It’s taking longer and longer for it to sync and now every time where before it may have happened after an update. Truly Frustrated!!
I sync on my updated IPad Mini. I don’t have an iPhone and I don’t sync on any other device.

HI. I am having a problem also. I cannot connect my HR Inspire with my I phone as it is old and cannot get IOS11. I have a newer laptop but the Fitbit will not sync with my computer. ANY suggestions? I have tried everything also-WIFI and Bluetooth are ON. thanks
