Inspire HR not syncing with Achievement app

My achievement app randomly stopped showing activity from the fitbit app. It says "no activity yet. Make sure the app has data or troubleshoot syncing issues". I disconnected and reconnected the two apps and it still shows the same thing. Does anyone have advice on how to sync them again?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on our help article: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? and then try the troubleshooting steps that are specified there.

I'm having the same problem. I noticed though when I look at 3rd party apps from Firbit that Achievement is not listed. Did Firbjf remove them from being a supported app maybe? I have the Charge 3.

I noticed that, as well. I havent been able to re-sync them since, so I'm assuming it's a hopeless cause at this point.
