Inspire HR not syncing with LG Phoenix

Last week my InspireHR stopped syncing. I have done the following

Rebooted InspireHR

Restarted LG Phoenix Android Device (phone)

Removed FitBit App from  phone

Did a clear and reset on InspireHR. 

Reinstalled Fitbit App and finally got InspireHR to connect and sync. (This was on Saturday 3/13/21)

Today 3/16/21 I can't sync again and InspireHR doesn't show up when turning off and back on the Bluetooth on my phone. I also doesn't show up on my Samsung Tab2. 

 

Today I have rebooted both my phone and Inspire HR.

Thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
