Inspire HR not syncing with Mindbody App

The Mindbody App says it's connected to my Fitbit but when I sync my Fitbit my workouts on Mindbody don't show. I had no issues with this when I had the Versa. 

 

Any suggestions? I already logged out of Mindbody and logged back in.

I would un-link it from Fitbit under settings then Applications

 

Then go back and link again. It if doesn't work you might want to contact Mindbody

Thanks Wendy. I've done that already but it doesn't work.  I don't think it's an issue with Mindbody because when I click into my history in Mindbody it shows all my workout stats and indicates that the information is provided by Fitbit. So I believe the problem is with Fitbit because nothing shows up on the Fitbit end.  I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit and Mindbody apps.
