Inspire HR not syncing with Moto E5 play

I recently bought my fitbit about a week ago. The first day I bought it and set it up and my Moto e5 play said it was connected with Bluetooth. But then the day after that it would show up and on the list of Bluetooth options but would not connect with my Fitbit inspire hr. I have already tried all of the trouble shooting steps. And sense my Fitbit can not connect with my phone it will not sync or anything. I have been having to sync on my computer which connects with my Fitbit through Bluetooth fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
