Inspire HR not syncing with Pixel 3XL

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had a repeat issue with my Inspire HR not syncing up. When I originally got it, it worked great, but now it's not working right. I have all-day sync and Bluetooth on, but it went a week without syncing continuously and now I can't get it to sync more than once in a 24 hour period. I get the "no device found" at the top when I try to sync it.

Is there a way to fix this? Are other Pixel 3 users experiencing this? I need to track my heart rate throughout the day and there's not really a point in having the Fitbit if it's not doing what I purchased it for.

Welcome to the Community @Danitrot. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

I understand how important is to have your information in your Fitbit app. I haven't seen reports of others having issues with Pixel 3, I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting

After performing the troubleshooting above continue monitoring if your Inspire HR syncs normally.

Let me know how it goes.

My pixel 3 is having the same issues! It will not SYNC to the Inspire.. It is very frustrating. You pay a high price to track your steps, hear rate etc and after a couple of weeks, it quit syncing.  I also have on the all-day sync.

If this means the device is defective, then I am about to give up on ever purchasing another Fitbit device, Three in a year and a half is not cost effective.

I just bought an Inspire HR, and am trying to sync/setup with a Google Pixel 3XL. I get the code to sync up, but afterwards, get a "Bluetooth not available" error message with 3 troubleshooting options and a button to try again. I've tried reinstalling the app, the steps outlines in the troubleshooting page, and still no luck. I am going to be forced to return the Inspire HR which is disappointing.

@flashraf Welcome to the Community. I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

I know you've tried some troubleshooting but I would like you to try these procedure step by step and check if you're able to set up your Inspire HR:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Try setting up your device again.
  3. Turn your Fitbit device off and back on using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  4. Try setting up your device again. If you have trouble connecting your watch to Wi-Fi, see Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
  5. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet (turn it off and then back on).
  6. Try setting up your device again.
  7. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet.
  8. Try setting up your device again.
  9. If you can't set up after removing all other Fitbit devices, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
