Again I cannot get my tracker to connection either IPad or Samsung phone.

Really annoying. Is this an issue with all Fitbits or only Inspire HR ?

@Sheltiedoodle Welcome to the Community.

Sorry to hear about your syncing issues. When syncing with multiple devices one may take the primary connection and having both or more bluetooth devices nearby (headphones, mice, other phones, etc.) may cause interference with the bluetooth connection. I suggest you try the following on both devices:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Alvaro,

I am encountering a similar issue. My Fitbit Inspire HR is reading my heartrate, but when I select the Heart Rate module in the app I only see a blank screen that says "No measurements".

I have tried all the trouble shooting options to include resetting my phone, the device, unpairing from my phone, unpairing via Bluetooth, switching the sensor on and off and syncing, e.t.c.

Is there an issue syncing with Samsung Galaxy phones? The Fitbit I bought for my wife who uses an iPhone is not having the same issue.

Cheers
