Inspire HR not syncing with account

My Fitbit HR on my web dashboard suddenly stopped working and my data is not showing and I need help. I can't do snapshots because my IPad won't let me, can you please fix the web dashboard?

@B3 I hope you are doing well.

Let me help you with your data not showing on your website dashboard. This means that your tracker isn't syncing. You mentioned that you have an iPad so you can try the following on it:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
