Inspire HR not syncing with iPhone 6+

I am having problems connecting my FitBit HR to my iPhone 6+ Bluetooth. I have turned my phone off. I have turned Bluetooth on then back off. I have made sure my Fitbit is fully charged. So I am lost at what to do next to resolve this issue

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
