I have an iphone 7 & an Inspire HR. Every time I try to sync my device to my phone (yes it’s connected to blue tooth), it says failed. I am upset because I use my fitbit as an alarm clock. I have reset both my phone and inspire, turned my phone off, turned on and off blue tooth, deleted the app and redone loaded it, and logged in and out. I even logged in onto another device and it still didn’t sync. My battery is 90% so i’m not why it’s doing this. I’m not sure what to do to get it to sync. If i can’t figure it out soon i’m going to get rid of it because this is a reoccurring problem.
