Inspire HR not syncing with iPhone SE 2nd generation

My Inspire HR will not sync with my iPhone SE 2nd generation. Is my phone too new and if so how long does it take for Fitbit to update to the newer IPhones

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your iPhone SE 2nd generation. It seems that your phone has everything needed to sync with your Fitbit Inspire HR. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

No didn’t work. I even shut off Bluetooth on my other IPhone where it was still showing. When I look at the compatible listing it shows the IPhone SE but not the IPhone SE 2nd generation which is the one I have that has not been on the market for more than a month. Do you think that could be the problem?
