Inspire HR not syncing with phone

Hi

My FitBit InspireHR can't synchronise anymore with my app since last Monday, I have tried to turn off bluetooth, restart my phone, restart the FitBit device, restart the app, but nothing works.

 

Could you please let me know what are the next steps and if I can get a replacement device?
