Inspire HR not tracking BPM or active minutes accurately

I have called many times for this same issue and I have done all the trouble shooting with support on the phone. My BPM will be in peak at like 150 and then change to 79 resting and stay their. People depend on this product to track many things and they should be able to get this right with how long fitbit has been around.
