Hi,
My fitibit Inspire HR stopped recording my sleep pattern and after some seachring in the app I found out that my heartbeat isn't recorderded most of the time.
How can I fix this? I'm wearing my fitbit correct and it always worked up untill 2 days ago...
I also have resetted the fitbit 2 times, but it dindn't work.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists after taking into consideration the troubleshooting steps that are specified there. You can also try wearing your device on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.

Hi, sorry for the late response!
I tried to wear the fitbit on my non-dominant hand and the fitbit is doing fine now.
I didn't knew that that could be the cause 🤔

Mine is on my nondominate hand from the beginning it was working n now not!
