My fitbit Inspire doesn't track my runs accurately or link to Strava to record my runs. Any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with your Inspire HR tracking issue, can you please elaborate on this? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Only your runs are being affected? In regards your Strava concern, please check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? and let me know how it goes.
