Just received my Inspire HR yesterday. It randomly seems to chose what functions it want to track. App and watch and Dashboard give different values. Have never been able to track hourly activity on APP, then today does not track on watch but shows on Dashboard. On App it gives me 12/12 for last Sun when I didn't even have the device! Have tried restarting watch several times, turned phone of and on (Iphone 11), deleted app then reinstalled, turned off Bluetooth, etc. Anyone have any ideas before I throw in the towel and return?

@pvan45 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I would like to have more information about this. What type of features aren't working on your tracker? Could you add more details about what happens when you select one? Remember that your need to sync your tracker so the data is the same on both the app and the tracker. How often do you sync? This also applies to the hourly activity. Try removing this feature, save and sync then set it up again.
Let me know how it goes.

Same issue. Device has the correct number of times I’ve hit the 250 step goal, the app is missing some. My device is a week old. Researching online indicates this issue has been prevalent for years. If the software won’t be fixed, it’d be nice if we could manually correct the count in the app.
