My inspire stopped tracking calories and active minutes today. It’s also incorrectly telling me my cardio fitness core is between 95-99 which is impossible.
I noticed this after I logged an interval workout. It currently shows my calories at “0” and active minutes at “0”. I just updated the app for bug fixes, no change. I have tried all the recommendations: I restarted my phone, no change. I deleted then redownloaded the app on my phone, no change. I just plugged the device into the charger, held the button for 5 seconds until there was the smiley face to restart it and still no change. Not sure what other steps there are to take? TIA!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @sarahvanass.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend confirming that the personal information you entered when you set up your Fitbit account (height, weight) is correct. For more information, see How do I manage my Fitbit profile?
Please note that manually logged activities override your device's data and could be the reason why you see your active minutes disappear, this can occur if what your tracker recorded was more intense than what you logged. For more information about active minutes, see What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
For more information about your cardio fitness score, see What is my cardio fitness score? You can find information on how your device calculates your daily activity and find some tips to improve accuracy at How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
Hope this helps!

Check for Fitbit update and update the app. This has happened to me the last couple of weeks. I called and they told me to check for new updates. It works after each update.
