Bought the new Inspire HR yesterday, everything was set up fine, its tracking my steps and tracking my sleep but when I go into my daily exercises via the app, there is nothing there?
It was fine until I changed to the Inspire HR. I've re-installed the app but that hasn't made a difference.
Did a full hour workout last night but hasn't tracked the exercise.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

Hi @annyB85 What does your workout consist of? Did you let it auto detect, or use one of the exercise shortcuts?

I’m having the same issue. I used the exercise shortcut on the device for yoga today and it didn’t show up in my app when the Inspire HR synced with it.

I'm having the same issue. I've only had the HR Inspire tracker for 7 days. I'd love help with it as well. Didn't have this problem with my Alta HR.

@EydieGee @annyB85 @CanadianBelle Try restarting your Inspires several times and see ifbthat helps. Mine auto tracks well, so they should do. Please report back how they

I’ve had my fitbit inspire hr for a month now and it has been working good. Until today. During my workout I specifically checked if it was tracking and it was. I started and ended my workout manually. But to my surprise it didn’t sync my workout on the app. Only one part of my three separate workouts. No data from other workouts. When I try to enter them manually then it doesn’t have enough data and shows wrong. I just don’t get it.
Also restarted both the app and the device several times. No difference.

I'm happy to report that out of the blue it started tracking my exercises. I had given up on it and was ready to send it back, woke up the next morning, restarted my cell phone which I had done multiple times before and noticed the weekly exercise had updated. So far so good. Everything is back on track!

Hi all. So I had the same issue for the last few days. Didn’t have this issue before with my other device, or with this inspire HR, which I’ve had for 7 months now. I’ve restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled my app, and I‘ve restarted my device but nothing is helping.
If anyone has a solution, please help?

Hello, I purchased the Inspire HR earlier this summer and it has inconsistent results when I try to record my workouts. At times it works (when walking or hiking) but other times (at-home workouts) it does not and will flag that it "cannot sync," "loading activity stats" and defaults to 29 calories. This has happened multiple times while interval training. I have restarted both the Inspire and my phone without tracking my calories properly. Also, I have noticed that whenever I start tracking exercise no matter if I have a solid wifi connection or not, I receive a "Poor GPS Alert" notification. Is this normal? Please advise. Thank you.

I am having somewhat of the opposite. My app is showing more days of exercise than my Fitbit Inspire hr.
