Inspire HR not tracking detailed sleep stages

My Inspire HR is not tracking detailed sleep stages again for the past 5 days. It did this before but for the past 10 months it has been working like a charm (except when batter is low or when I do not sleep enough hours).  I have not changed the way I wear it,  I have reset the watch, and I have cleaned the back.  Any reason why it would stop all of a sudden?

No these articles do not help.  I’ve had my inspire well over a year and   it tracked sleep stages for a while maybe 10 months  but stopped suddenly.  I have done restated it as you said in the article and also did a reboot on the watch.  It worked for 1 night now again it’s not working.

Hi. My mom’s Inspire also didn’t work well now.

It displays “No sleep tracking date.”

Another date were tracked.

Yesterday, I restart it but still it didn’t track sleep stage.Do you know what wrong with it or how solve this problem.

I also have no sleep tracker, have been working with customer support, now they just push me off the phone and tell me they are working the problem.

Now my mother can check yesterday’s sleep tracker data (she lives in Japan)on app  her watch display no sleep tracking date though.
