When I've gone on a walk my fitbit will begin by tracking the distance properly, but then after about 1.5k it suddenly stops tracking the distance but the timer will still continue. This doesn't happen all the time, but has happened a few times with the last month.
For example I did a 10k walk yesterday, and when I looked at my watch when I was finished it said I did 1.33k in 2 hours.
Does anyone know how to fix this or what the issue is?

@popherb , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
Do you take your phone with you when tracking your walk?
If so, MobileTrack might be on.
MobileTrack uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging). Please make sure MobileTrack is not activated.
It may happen that the steps recorded with the cell phone overwrite those from your Inspire Hr.
In the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon (top left corner). There you will see the devices linked to your account. If you see the Mobile Device Active(Smartphone) option, tap it and remove it from the account.

Hello,
Thank you for the advice! I have disconnected my mobile from the devices in the app. Next time I go on a walk I will keep an eye to check this doesn't happen again.
