Inspire HR not tracking heart rate and stops buzzing when a timer or alarm goes off

My inspire HR has been acting really poorly lately. I’ve had it for a bit over a year. It won’t track my heart rate, even though that function is on. It also won’t buzz or notify when a timer or alarm I set on it goes off. And it looses power pretty quickly, a lot quicker than it used too. It just seems to be functioning extremely poorly. I’ve tried resetting it and cleaning it but nothing has worked.
